The duties of this role are as follows: • The safe, efficient, and effective delivery of care to residents, e.g., provide support in day-to-day mobility, grooming, hygiene, medication, and nourishment needs. • Provide input and participate in the planning and delivery of care for the residents, considering individual needs and preferences. • Comply with the relevant policies related to punctuality, correct maintenance of time records, sick call procedure, professional appearance and conduct, smoking policy, and all House Rules. •May be required to do laundry, and perform cleaning and kitchen duties while maintaining good infection control principles. • Follow sound basic personal hygiene principles particularly in relation but not limited to hand washing. • Participate in performance appraisals. • Other relevant duties as may be requested from time to time.

Job Requirements
*Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. *Must be able to pass an MOJ check-no criminal convictions *Must have a minimum Restricted License to travel to work. *Must be computer literate. *Training is provided for this role. *Must be able willing to rotate on any shift on any given day of the week. *Preference will be given to candidates residing within Katikati/Waihi and nearby areas. ***Location of work is in the Katikati area
- Days of work
- At least 30hrs on a rotating roster including weekends, morning, afternoon & night shifts. Hrs to be discussed with employer. (30 hours per week)
