Job Requirements

This role offers a chance for growth in Organisational Development (OD). While prior OD experience is beneficial, it's not essential if you have skills in statistical analysis, research, and Matauranga Maori.
You'll be willing to support the team with tasks such as planning, coordination and liaising with others all whilst utilising your advisory skills by assisting with projects and programmes of work relating to the key areas of work.
You will have: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills • Sound knowledge of analysis and research practices • A high degree of Matauranga Maori knowledge • Proficiency in digital tools, including some experience with AI • Experience developing and implementing organisational interventions
You will be able to: • Work under pressure, set priorities and manage tight deadlines • Take research, condense it, understand its practical utility and when/how it can be applied. • Analyse organisational needs and work with others to design and develop initiatives to meet these needs.
