Botany based business specializing in Indian curries, tandoor cuisine and Indian sweets is seeking enthusiastic Retail Assistants to join our busy, customer-centric team. This hands-on role requires a passion for food and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service from the moment customers enter until their final goodbye. Serve customers and provide advice on our product range, pricing, and food delivery options. Sell food and beverages while ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Accept payments and issue credit notes as needed. Participate in monthly stock takes. Stack dry food items, drinks, and Indian sweets to maintain an organized display. Assist with overall retail operations in a fast-paced food environment. Shifts will be rostered weekly and may vary, including afternoon to late evening hours.

Job Requirements
Excellent customer service skills Minimum tertiary educational qualifications required Passion for Indian cuisine is highly desirable. Must have Full drivers license Must pass Ministry of Justice check Must pass drug test Minimum 6 month experience working in similar environment
