Shift Supervisor
About this job
A warkworth based pizza chain is on the hunt for an experienced shift supervisor. Needs to take inventory on weekly basis or when needed. Need to make sure about prompt and good customer service. Ordering stock as per future requirement from the system. Needs to solve customer queries and complaints on immediate basis. Ensuring that you perform duties and conduct yourself as per the rules. Assigning team members to their duties and prepare store for service according to our standard. Ensuring store safety and staff are working in safe environment. Needs to train staff for difficult and complicated sales procedure. Managing training and recruitment functions.
Job Requirements
You must have a qualification of level 3 and one year relevant work experience in food industry.
