About this job
Key Responsibilities: Ensure prompt, efficient service and high-quality food and beverages. Address Customer inquiries and complaints, fostering a positive dinning experience. Plan and assign work schedules for smooth operations. Assist with staff hiring, training, evaluation and promotion, and address grievances. Instruct staff on handling complex sales and customer service situations. Examine returned goods and take appropriate actions. Maintain stock levels through inventory checks and orders. Ensure goods and services are correctly priced and displayed. Enforce safety and security procedures.
Job Requirements
Physical requirements: Requires standing, walking and bending through the workday, lifting up to 10 Kilos. Must work 40 hours per week with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, occasionally handling unscheduled shifts. Clear English communication and attentive listening are essential.
