Promote in-store offers, advertisements & promotions Organize & monitor inventory levels Inspect the levels of business supplies & raw materials to identify shortages Ensure stock rotation & handling of food items Prepare food items with the store staff Record daily deliveries & shipments to reconcile inventory Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus Maintain product & services quality as per the set standards including product delivery standards Coordinating the effective, professional day-to-day running of the services Training, evaluating staff, and resolving staff grievances Consistently looking at ways to improve the quality of our service Take feedback from the customers Perform delivery tasks when required Respond to customer’s inquiries and complaints Ensure customer service standards are met Supervise & coordinate the activities of the store in the allocated shift

Job Requirements

Candidates must have food and safety qualifications as well as a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the food industry. Previous cooking and a business management qualification will be an advantage. You must hold a full or restricted driver licence and be able to pass a police check and a pre-employment drug test.

Days of work
7 days a week, days and hours will vary. (40 hours per week)
