Office Administrator
About this job
Local Construction company requires an Office Administrator. You will be outgoing and able to communicate well with people from tradesmen to corporate customers. You will need to be able to multi task and work to deadlines when necessary.
Duties are: - Answering phones and customer enquiries. - Merchant invoicing. - Other general office duties. - Receiving and sending emails. - Spread sheeting. - Document creation. All office applications are done via GOOGLE Workspace so a good working knowledge of this application is required, with particular emphasis on spread sheeting or a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Job Requirements
To be considered you must:
- Pass an MOJ check - Be drug Free - Minimum of a Restricted Class 1 license - Working knowledge of GOOGLE Workspace or intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite including MS - Contactable previous employer referees - Punctual - Outgoing - Trustworthy
