A Port Chalmers employer is looking for an enthusiastic, caring, motivated person to join their small team. The successful applicant will be responsible for front office reception duties including managing the telephones, greeting patients, managing the waiting room, managing appointments, time keeping, invoicing and payments, and responding to enrolment and patient inquiries. Suitable candidates will ideally have Medtech experience, however this is not essential as full training will be provided. Must be able to pass a police security check and be fully vaccinated and boosted against Covid 19.

Days of work
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5.30pm, Friday 9am - 1pm (36 hours per week)
