Deliver outstanding service and create memorable guest experiences. Train, onboard, and develop our F&B team, maintaining high service standards. Manage F&B operations in the absence of the F&B Manager. Oversee Meetings & Events groups (up to 200 delegates). Handle opening and closing procedures for the restaurant. Conduct stock takes and manage ordering processes. Prepare rosters and approve timesheets Ensure continual improvement within the Food and Beverage department by suggesting ideas and initiatives Respond to guest feedback Handle restaurant bookings Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain service flow and resolve operational issues Ensure Health and Safety of guest and team and form part of the Health and Safety Committee

Job Requirements

As the role covers the service and supply of alcohol we are seeking an individual with a LCQ Certification and current Duty Manager's license Level 7 – Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar Barista Skills, drink service skills, familiarity with a POS system, good communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of food safety regulations, should be fit, experience in buffet and a la carte operations, experience in meetings and events

Days of work
Rotating roster, 5 days per week, morning, day or evening shifts. Includes weekend and public holiday availability requirement (30 hours per week)
