As the Service Deli/Seafood 2IC, you will assist the Deli Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and high-quality products. You'll play a key role in managing deli staff, maintaining food safety standards, and creating an inviting atmosphere for customers. Other duties will include: Providing exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selections Assisting in stock management, ordering and inventory control Train and mentor deli staff to ensure a knowledgeable team Help create appealing displays and product offerings If you're ready to take the next step in your career, apply today!
Job Requirements
Previous experience in a deli, food service, or retail environment preferred Strong leadership and communication skills A passion for food and excellent customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food and safety regulations and practices is a plus Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends and holidays
