Are you looking to move up in your Dairy Farming Career?
Dairy Farm located 30mins from Gore are looking for a Herd Manager to look after 730 Cows, milked through a 60 Bale Rotary shed.
You will be competent in your tractor and motorbike skills (2 and 4 wheel) on hilly terrain.
You pride yourself on your shed hygiene skills and can complete day to day tasks efficiency.
Your knowledge of Pasture Management and Animal health will help you move towards the 2IC role.
Modern 3 bedroom house available - No pets.
Job Requirements
-Full car licence -Tractor driving experience on hilly terrain -Pass Ministry of Justice check -Have 2-4 years proven dairy farming experience with 2 relevant contactable references, provided on your CV
- Days of work
- 5 on 2 off and 8 on 2 off during calving. Rostered Mon-Sun (50 hours per week)
