Startford based aged care facility are looking for staff to join their team. Can you: Work collaboratively to support the health and wellbeing of a person with complex needs Communicate to support a person’s health or wellbeing Ensure that all routine cares are delivered as per resident’s care plans including, showering, dressing, mobilising, grooming, nutritional assistance. As required the HCA might have to do Laundry, and perform cleaning and kitchen duties in a helpful manner and maintaining good infection control principles. Observe privacy, dignity, comfort & confidentiality of residents. Be a good communicator with Residents and staff. Follow sound basic hygiene and infection control principles particularly in relation to hand washing. Assist with meal serving following sound infection control principles.
