Duty Manager
About this job
Our employer is currently looking for Duty Managers for a couple of bars and restaurants in suburban Invercargill. Duties will include supervision of staff, customer service and taking responsibility for all bar activity and in the restaurants and gaming rooms. This will include Host Responsibility, Fire/hygiene/health and safety/ Sale and supply of Alcohol requirements are met to the highest level, providing a positive experience and a friendly environment.
Job Requirements
You must have the below prerequisites to be considered for this role: - Able to pass a police check and pre-employment drug test. - hold NZ citizenship, NZ Permanent Residency, or a Valid NZ Work Permit. - Strong people skills with leadership ability, a team player, and a team builder - Proven food and beverage experience and ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment - Ability to gain an LCQ Cert

- 40 hours per week, working on a rotating roster over Monday to Sunday (40 hours per week)
