An agricultural contracting company based in the Winton area is seeking experienced operators to perform a range of cultivation and baleage tasks.
We offer: • Competitive pay, with a minimum starting rate of $30.00 per hour (or more, depending on experience). • Full-time, permanent employment. • Accommodation options available.
Tasks Include: • preparing and positioning plant for operation • operating tractor-drawn and self-propelled plant to plough land and sow, fertilise, cultivate and harvest crops, and avoid damaging crops • calibrating and monitoring plant performance, including adjusting speed, height etc • keeping production and work records and writing work reports • servicing plant and performing minor repairs
The ideal candidate would have experience with: • Class 4 rotor rake • Reversible/Conventional plough • 6m/5/ power harrows • 6m roller drill • Keenan Orbital spreaders • Direct Drilling • GPS Experience and use
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to maintain machinery, hold a full class 1 and heavy machinery licence, and have a minimum of 2 - 4 years relevant experience. Applicants must be able to pass drug and police checks.

- 40 Hrs a week -Rostered Mon - Sunday due to weather dependency. (40 hours per week)
