About this job
Care Home in Kerikeri is looking for a Kitchen Hand to deliver excellent service to our residents. This role would suit someone who is wanting to start a career in the kitchen and enjoys working as part of a team as well as working unsupervised.
Shifts are on the Weekend Saturday and Sunday - 8 hours a day from 10 am to 6.30 pm
Duties include:
Collecting used dishes, running the dishwasher General cleaning in the Kitchen Assisting with preparation of meals Delivering food to our care home (within the property)
Job Requirements
Commercial kitchen experience (advantageous) Positive attitude and a strong team player Excellent food hygiene skills Good time management and communication skills A Hygiene & Food Handling Certificate (advantageous)
