Support Worker
About this job
As a Support Worker, you are committed to provide home-based care that enable clients to live as safely and as independently as possible within their homes and communities. Previous experience is not always necessary as we will provide training. The qualities needed to be a community support worker include honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, flexibility, commitment and good communication skills.
Job Requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills Reliable & Trustworthy Restricted or full New Zealand Drivers Licence Looking for a career in health Wanting to achieve a qualification while you work Fitness to do the job, including manual handling, personal cares, household management, food preparation and medication assistance Travel to Kawerau and Opotiki from Whakatane When required Sleep Overs when required
