Chinese Cook
About this job
A local restaurant is looking for an experienced Chinese Cook capable of carrying out the following duties: *Ensure all Chinese Cuisine recipes and preparation requirements are met. *Ensure temperatures, seasons and flavours meet specified requirements. *Ensure that the storage of foods meet the statutory Health & Safety standards. *Prepare food to meet special dietary requirements. *Update and develop new cooking techniques and procedures in accordance with a new menu. *Be available to participate in kitchen cleaning and hygiene duties

Job Requirements
You must have at least six months experience cooking Chinese Cuisine and be: *Reliable, responsible and in good health. *Flexible to work late nights including two shifts in a day. *Fully committed to the role, a hard worker and able to work under pressure. *Able to pass a Ministry of Justice check. *Must have a minimum Restricted License to get to and from work.
- Days of work
- Monday to Sunday -rostered lunch and dinner shifts. Must be flexible & available to show up when necessary (30 hours per week)
