Assistant Manager

Your duties will include but not limited to: • Assist the Manager to determine and maintain the stock level to ensure the store is well stocked at all times • Assist the Manager to formulate the purchasing policies to purchase inventory by researching emerging products. To liaise with different suppliers for ordering and negotiate the best deals • To assist the Manager in setting prices of all the products by having right profit margins • Set the high service standards and ensure they are followed and met all the time • Assisting the Manager to develop the different marketing strategies to maximize the sales and to reduce the expire stock • Promote sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers. • To ensure the staff is well trained and organize the training sessions on timely basis to keep them updated

One year of management experience - Must be of 18 years of age or above - Licence Controller Qualification - Knows how to control stock in budget and generate revenue - Time management skills and ability to work under pressure - Physically fit as some heavy lifting required - Weekend and Public Holiday availability. Pass pre employment checks (drug and police)
