The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining product quality, and managing staff. This role requires strong organisational, communication and leadership skills to ensure that all operations are conducted smoothly and compliance with industry standards. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Staff Management , Order & Stock Management, Quality Control, Supplier and Customer Coordination, Managing logistics and dispatch and Compliance and Reporting. Job Requirements
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Leadership skills with the ability to train and manage staff effectively - Proven experience in management (preferably in the food industry)
