Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS)

As an STMS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient management of traffic around our construction sites. You will be responsible for implementing traffic management plans, overseeing a team of traffic controllers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. This is a key role where your expertise will contribute to the smooth running of our projects and the safety of all road users. This is a permanent, full-time role working primarily Mon-Friday starting at 6am. You will be working a minimum of 40 hours per week and have the flexibility to work additional days/hours to meet the business needs.

STMS Qualification with either Category A and/or B practising Full clean New Zealand Driver’s License, Minimum Class 1, class 2 desirable Previous experience mentoring and supervising crews Proven experience in the traffic industry Sound verbal and written communication skills A high level of physical fitness due to the physical nature of the role. You must be able to pass a police check and drug test to be considered for this role.
