In this role you will lead the art of cocktail creation, pushing the boundaries of flavour, presentation and innovation to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. Inspire and guide a team of Bartenders, sharing your passion and knowledge for mixology while ensuring smooth bar operations. Engage with guests to craft personalized drinks, offering expert recommendations and creating memorable interactions. Curate a unique beverage menu that showcases seasonal ingredients, creative techniques, and premium spirits. Maintain impeccable standards of bar cleanliness and equipment care while ensuring compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations. You will be: A seasoned professional with at least 2+ years' experience as a Mixologist or Bar Manager Skilled in a high-end service with a minimum of 1 years' experience in a 5-star Medium to Large Hotel A holder of a Manager's Certificate Qualified with a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism or an equivalent qualification Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a flair for creativity in cocktail design An inspiring team leader, capable of motivating and managing a bar team to achieve outstanding results
