You will promote our renowned artisan wines and assist in managing our vineyard cottage. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized wine tastings and host exclusive private wine experiences • Convert positive guest experiences into wine sales and brand loyalty • Encourage visitor loyalty and sign-ups for the wine club • Provide warm and attentive service for our cottage guests, from check-in to check-out • Manage the point-of-sale system • Oversee bookings through various channels (website, travel agents, etc.) • Support day-to-day office tasks • Assist in marketing and sales activities, including digital marketing and social media engagement to maintain strong customer relationships.

Pay negotiable dependent on experience. Job Requirements

• A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert experiences into wine sales • Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Shopify, and social media • Formal wine education (WSET Level 2+ or Sommelier experience) • A charismatic and personable representative embodying the warmth and professionalism of our winery.

Days of work
Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend. (40 hours per week)
