Pastoral carer
About this job
This role will support the implementation of the pastoral care strategy, ensuring its consistent application and delivery across all RSE accommodation sites. You will provide a level of care to RSE workers such as health, hygiene, cultural awareness and nutrition. This role also takes care of the procurement of the accommodation including audits and site conditions. What you’ll be doing
• Planning and Organise Pastoral Care requirements • Support with the procurement and delivery of the pre-arrival RSE employee pack. • Conduct regular site inductions, including emergency evacuation procedures and ensure employees are aware and understand health and safety and evacuation procedures. • Liaise with the Health and Safety team to integrate workplace health, safety and well-being programmes into daily activities of RSE workers. • Streamline Mr Apple Pastoral Care Practices and Processes
Job Requirements
You must hold a Full driver licence, be able to pass a MoJ check and also a drug test and have 2 years relevant work experience.
