Cleaning Supervisor
About this job
• Preparing work schedules for cleaners across different shifts and work sites. • Coordinating the inventory of cleaning chemicals and supplies. • Providing training and supervision to team members on performance standards, ensuring consistent cleaning quality. • Supervising the assigned cleaning team to meet customer expectations. • Assisting with cleaning tasks as needed. • Conducting routine inspections to ensure quality control. • Reporting any necessary repairs or interventions to management. • Enforcing health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance by all team members.
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant or supervisory experience. • Flexibility to accommodate business needs, including weekend or after-hours work. • Reliable, with strong integrity and excellent interpersonal skills. • Capable of working independently or as part of a team. • Knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and supplies. • No known allergies to cleaning chemicals. • If you believe you are the right fit for this role, apply now!
