Automotive Spraypainter

A PN based vehicle repairer are seeking a skilled Automotive Spray Painter to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive painting, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and applying paint to various vehicle surfaces, ensuring a flawless and durable finish that meets our standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and cleaning surfaces. Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired shade and finish. Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat using spray guns and other equipment. Inspect finished work for quality, ensuring it meets industry standards and customer specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental regulations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Keep up to date with the latest painting techniques and materials.

Proven experience as an automotive spray painter or similar role. Knowledge of different types of paint, materials, and application techniques. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for color matching. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
