Restaurant Manager

• Oversee restaurant operations and ensure a smooth flow • Maintain a positive restaurant culture • Supervise front of house staff and continually improve on service • Train new employees to help them reach restaurant standards • Interact with diners and ensure every diner has a positive experience • Organise and take stock of restaurant supplies • Report daily to venue manager
Job Requirements
• Proven work experience in a restaurant setting • Genuine passion for hospitality • Willingness to work flexible hours • Competent coffee making and bar tending skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organised • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time • Clear attention to detail • Problem-solving skills • Knowledge of current food and beverage trends • Can do attitude with ability to ‘go with the flow’ • Current Duty Managers Certificate

- Minimum 30 hours per week over a flexible 7 day roster between the operational hours of 10am - 10pm (30 hours per week)
