About this job
Full Time and Part Time Caregivers required in Kerikeri. Provides care that is specific for the individual, is holistic in nature and is designed by the resident and/or representative and the Care Team. -Exhibits the ability to be flexible and be guided by resident needs and not by routines or tasks. -Clearly and promptly communicates all information regarding any changes in resident health needs and/or wishes to the RN Demonstrates an awareness of cultural difference and can apply this when appropriate. Skills and Experience Required: Health and Wellbeing or an equivalent qualification required. Previous work experience in Aged Care /Dementia Care is preferred. Excellent attitude and demonstrate self-motivation and proactiveness. Previous experience in aged care or working with the elderly is preferred. Empathy and enjoys making a difference in our residents' lives.
