Dry Goods Supervisor

Reporting to the Dry Goods and Operations Managers, the Supervisor is responsible for the combined control of our team to ensure all orders are accurately received into store and our shelves are filled and merchandised to prescribed standards. Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: • Effectively supervising a diverse team to achieve retail merchandising standards, including overseeing staff training and development • Communicating with personnel across multiple levels of the business to ensure efficient operations and stock movements • Coordinating inwards goods, storeroom, retail filling and fuel site processes • Unloading freight and receipting orders into the business • Moving stock throughout the business including using forklifts and manual handling work • Providing outstanding customer service • Complying with and actively promoting food safety and health and safety procedures throughout the supermarket

Applicants are required to hold, or obtain a valid Forklift License and First Aid Certificate.
