A company in Auckland Central is looking electrical trade assistants to work on several sites, installing, repairing and maintaining telecommunications equipment. A current full license is required. If you have trade qualifications and/or experience please reach out today. If you have any experience with fire alarms this is also advantageous.
Job Requirements
Blueprint Analysis: Examine complex blueprints and diagrams for operational sequences. Precise Measurement: Use advanced techniques for accurate installation points. Wiring Skills: Select, cut, connect wires for robust electrical connections. Fault Diagnosis: Use instruments to trace and diagnose system faults. Problem-Solving: Repair faulty wiring and parts for operational safety. Switchboard Installation: Position and install electrical switchboards. Power Distribution: Connect systems to power supplies for reliable distribution. Testing & Adjustment: Test circuits and adjust electrical/mechanical components. Advanced Systems Leadership: Lead installation, testing, commissioning of advanced electrical systems, lifts, solar PV power. Alarm Expertise: Analyze blueprints, diagrams for alarm system installation. Telecommunications: Install, maintain, repair telecommunications equipment. Fire Safety: Install fire alarms, comprehend layouts, implement safety measures.
