Looking for a great opportunity to shine and grow? A Maeroa-based employer is looking for full-time staff interested in doing a painting apprenticeship or an experienced painter/brush hand.

You will be working on residential building sites with a small team, and have the opportunity to move into a supervisor role. The employer covers all aspects of the industry and are looking for enthusiastic people who will be painting, water blasting, spray painting, brushing & rolling and plastering. Experienced and inexperienced candidates are both welcome to apply. Full training and tools are provided by the company. Pay is based on experience - if you are coming in as an apprentice, you will start on Minimum wage.

Must have reliable transport to get to and from work. Must have previous painting and decorating experience • Must have a minimum clean class 1 restricted driver licence (clean full class 1 driver licence advantageous). • Must be able to pass both pre-employment and random drug testing. • Must be able to pass a Ministry of Justice check.
