• Prepare and serve beverages such as wine, beer and cocktails while showcasing sound knowledge of our offerings and menus • Deliver and exceed guest expectations • Ensure bar is stocked well and prepared at all times • Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area • Assist food and beverage team members when necessary • Experience serving and mixing alcoholic beverages • Knowledge of safe alcohol service guidelines and requirements • A creative mindset that experiments with flavours and styles • Positive attitude and effective communication skills • Excellent presentation

Job Requirements

Any relevant Bartending qualifications and an LCQ would be an advantage. At least 6 months experience as a Bartender. Friendly, approachable, professional, coachable

Days of work
32 hours minimum. Be available for different shifts. Weekend work required. (32 hours per week)
