South Auckland based employer is seeking five motivated and flexible TMA Operatives/Traffic Controllers to join our dynamic team. If you have a minimum Class 2 licence and experience driving Truck Mounted Attenuators (TMAs), this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a key member of our traffic management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of road users and work crews during traffic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate TMAs to provide protection for workers and the public in roadwork zones. - Assist with setting up and dismantling temporary traffic management systems. - Flexibly switch between TMA driving and traffic control duties as required. - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and traffic management plans. - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations on site.

Job Requirements
- Minimum Class 2 driver's licence (essential). - Experience operating TMAs is highly desirable. - Ability to perform traffic control duties when required. - Flexibility with shift work and role switching. - Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail. - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. - Must pass MOJ and Drug tests.

- Monday to Sunday flexibility required. (40 hours per week)
