We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver/Store Person to join our team in Matamata. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a "can-do, will-do anything" attitude, this is the perfect opportunity for you. This is a full-time role that offers variety and requires a high level of physical fitness and initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering horse feed to customers across the Waikato Loading and unloading trucks Moving bags of feed weighing between 20 to 35 kg Inwards receipting and inventory management Providing excellent customer service and assisting with sales in the shop as needed Operating an oat crusher (full training provided) Forklift operation (training provided for the right candidate)
Job Requirements
Class 2 truck license (essential) Clean driver’s license High level of physical fitness and strength to handle heavy lifting Forklift license (ideal but not essential) Excellent work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude Ability to work well within a small team Good communication skills with a customer-focused mindset Legible writing and reading skills Basic math skills for stock management and customer service Must pass Drug Test and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) Check
