Warehouse Administrator

Manage day-to-day warehouse cleaning and organization, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace. Uphold health and safety regulations, including product data sheets, to maintain a safe working environment. Accurately process, package, dispatch, and ship orders. Organize stock and maintain inventory levels. Control cleaning supplies stock and ensure availability. Inspect products for defects or damage. Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments. Receive, unload and correctly place incoming inventory items. Verify and fulfil customer orders. Operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment. Utilize warehouse data systems effectively. Lift or move heavy products as required. Contribute ideas to improve and optimize warehouse procedures.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Forklift license and ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment. Adequate knowledge of warehouse data systems. Ability to lift or move heavy products. Previous experience in a leadership role within warehouse or logistics settings. strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management. Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
