Retail Assistant

Indian Dine in and take away restaurant Located in Takanini is looking for an experienced Waiter/helper. We have an extensive menu with Focuses on Indian Curries, Tandoor/Indo Chinese Cuisine, and Indian Sweets. This role is hands-on and requires you to Provide Exceptional Customer Service in the food retail environment from the moment customers walk in the door to that final goodbye. Your shifts will vary, either morning, middle, or afternoon. Responsibilities: Provide an excellent level of customer service and contribute to a high standard of customer service culture across the store and over phone. Prepping and Serving customers and advising on the product range, pricing, and delivery of food Selling food and beverages Accepting payments and issuing credit notes where required Participating in stock takes monthly Stacking dry food items, drinks, and Indian sweets Assist with the overall retail operations of the busy food environment Keeping Restaurant area clean and tidy. You will be reporting to Restaurant Manager. At least have 1 year experience OR Qualification: 1 year Diploma Must have drivers license as you may need to deliver food from time to time. Must pass MOJ and Drug test.
