Front of House Supervisor / Barista

An Upper Hutt Cafe are searching for a positive and passionate team leader who can work alongside other management team to help us follow through with keeping up our standards and day to day running of our cafe.
In this role you will be opening and closing minimum 3x Weekly and working on a Sunday. This role will be 35-40 hours per week. (open 6.45am close 4.45pm)
• Must be able to make coffee confidently independently and in a team. • Can follow instructions from management team and help upskill others. • Is very customer service oriented and ensures that our customers have a great experience. • Is a humble honest individual that respects others and leads by example. • Great discounts on food and beverages, perks discounts available

Job Requirements
• Must have at least 2 years Barista and hospitality experience. • Experience in a leadership/supervisor role. • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Must be able to pass a pre-employment MOJ check and drug test.
