Retail Assistant/Duty Manager

An employer in Piopio are looking for someone to join their team as a Retail Assistant and Duty Manager. Suitable applicants must be capable of serving our lovely and loyal customers, consistently working at a fast pace, moving heavy boxes, cleaning, and restocking shelves along with other duties. As a duty manager, you will be in charge of the entire operation, responsible for ensuring our team is dedicated to excellent customer service, and compliance, and assisting the management team in smooth operation in all.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - Flexibility with working hours and days with the ability to work weekends and evenings - Honesty, an excellent work ethic, and a desire to learn, - Team player - Happy to do whatever it takes to provide the best service we can to our customers - Have experience in selling alcohol, have a current LCQ or manager certificate, or are willing to obtain them within one month of employment. - Experience in grocery and customer service would be ideal but training will be provided
