Sales Consultant - Healthy Homes Advisor

A locally owned and established business specialising in providing recommendations and installation of Healthy Home Solutions, including Insulation, Ventilation, Heat & Cool and Efficiency in Homes, Rentals & New Builds, requires a highly motivated person to create healthier homes in the Manawatu and Rangitikei area. Although a highly rewarding role, this is hands on. You will be crawling around roof spaces and the underfloor as part of the comprehensive assessment and inspection process providing not only solutions but an understanding on how to prioritise what the customer should invest in first. While the company will provide sales leads, you will also be required to generate some as well. Full training as well as ongoing support will be provided along with a company car and mobile phone.

Your key skills and attributes will include a genuine Sales Person committed to helping the customer long term. You will have a strong sense of autonomy and accountability, a positive attitude and strong work ethic, excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality, have a passion for understanding needs and finding solutions for customers and be tech savvy. Experience of managing your sales pipeline-reporting, planning, forecasting and organisational skills to ensure your numbers are solid is also a requirement. You will be able to physically manage the underfloor/ceiling aspect of the job. May be required to pass a security check and drug test
