Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and serve high-quality meals to delight our customers. Ensure all dishes are cooked within budget guidelines, maintaining cost efficiency. Assist with menu development and ingredient ordering, contributing fresh ideas. Manage allergen and nutritional requirements to ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers. Perform general kitchen duties and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Job Requirements
• A team player who is able to work under pressure with a positive "can-do" attitude. • Demonstrated culinary experience within a large production based environment and at least 2 years' experience • Proven ability to lead a team by building a motivated and cohesive unit. • Most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
