Local employer looking a Class 4 Driver to join their team on a permanent and full-time basis, working Monday to Friday servicing the wider Ruapehu district, Maybe required to work the odd weekend! Working as part of a close-knit team, On top of your normal duties you will be responsible for
Daily vehicle checks Maintaining your vehicle to a high standard Being out in the public eye daily, representing our company in a professional manor Driving and operating our industry specific trucks to collect refuse and recycling Adhering to high levels of health and safety Ensuring you take your necessary breaks according to NZTA logbook requirements
Not just your normal driving role, there is a physical aspect with regular manual handling, so if you like to keep fit while you work, this is the right job for you.
Job Requirements
A clean Class 4 licence (or above) A can-do and motivated attitude. A sound understanding of Health and Safety and NZTAs Worktime and Logbook requirements Reasonable level of physical fitness and motivation to keep fit while your work Working knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety
