Estimator/Sales/Project Coordinator - exterior painting

Auckland wide, Estimator/Sales/Project Coordinator for established home painting company since 1998. Much of the work is located in Central Auckland and the North Shore. Flexible hours 30-40 hours per week, generous remuneration + bonuses to the right candidate - base salary plus commission.
Job Requirements
Must have own vehicle and able to work from home. At least 2 years recent experience & excellent knowledge in exterior house painting. Sales & Marketing - ability to close sales. Excellent communication skills. Contacting prospective customers from either leads provided, previous customer lists or cold calling, networking etc. Estimations, sending Quotes Project Manage each job through to completion (working with 6 highly skilled painters). No criminal convictions. Fluent clear spoken and written English language skills.
