Warehouse Team Leader

This is a full time position in our Ravenswood warehouse. Our Warehouse team take pride in their level of customer service. This is your opportunity to support the Warehouse Manager in maintaining and managing this aspect of our business. The well-being of our staff is paramount. Working with the Warehouse Manager you will follow correct Health and Safety procedures, leading your team by example. Our stores are open 7 days, and we require the Warehouse to operate every day to meet the needs of our customers. In the Managers absence you will be ensuring your team are on task and meeting all expectations in their role.

Must have reliable transport, - Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment (minimum 2-3 years).

- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and leading a team through active participation.

- In-depth understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices.

- Physically fit and willing to perform all warehouse tasks alongside your team.

- Proactive in problem-solving and process improvement, with a strong focus on stock control and efficiency enhancement.

- A great attitude, reliability, and someone who can communicate well with others.
