Busy Bar and Cafe in Glen Eden offer a great role for an experienced Supervisor with a current LCQ certificate. As the Cafe/Bar supervisor, located in Glen Eden, you will be assist in overseeing the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving the business forward. Your leadership and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining our high standards. Key responsibilities include: Providing outstanding customer service, opening and closing the cafe, overseeing food and beverage preparation, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring health and safety compliance, assist in recruiting and training of staff, engaging with customers through social media and assist in attracting new customers.
You will need to hold an LCQ certificate as it is licenced premises and have at least 12 months experience in a similar role.
Great role, but flexibility is the key as it is a rotating roster.
