Activities Coordinator

Would you enjoy creating an atmosphere of fun and creativity for our elderly? A Cambridge Care Home is looking for a full time Activities Coordinator to bring exactly that for their residents. The role involves; - plan, develop and lead individual and group activity plans for all residents based on their interests and abilities - lead a group of activities staff to assist - review individual and group activities and change accordingly - be aware of and follow Bupa Health and Safety Policies
You will need to have an interest in and understanding of the elderly. Prior experience of 2 years and NZQA Certificate in Diversional Therapy preferred but not essential. Having a creative flair, being energetic and vibrant with strong communication skills is the person we are looking for. You will also need a full Driver's Licence as you will be driving the Home van.

Job Requirements
