Food and Beverage Supervisor
About this job
As the F&B supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage facilities. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily restaurant, bar and conference activities, managing staff, and maintaining the high standards Capstone is known for.
We have Full-Time and Casual fixed term positions available starting in October until late April with a possible opportunity to move to another hotel within the group at the end of the season. This is a fantastic opportunity to allow your level of experience and passion for the industry to shine.
Job Requirements
To be successful you will require:
Prior experience in Food & Beverage. Good written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in a customer service. Ability to think of your feet and work by yourself. Current Duty Manager License or LCQ preferred but not essential
