Retail Supervisor

A Four Square on Waiheke is looking for a Retail Supervisor to join their team. The Four Square is a real hub for locals on the island and they are looking for suitable people who have the ability to be upskilled to gain an LCQ and Duty Manager's Certificate. You will be required to maintain a high standard of the store's appearance, deal with customers from day to day and communicate any issues back to the owner. Clean criminal history Ability to gain a LCQ & Duty Managers Certificate

Build effective working relationships. Actively promote high quality customers service. Compliance across the departments in all areas relating to regulatory impact, including but not limited to compliance with store policies, the HACCP programme and Health and Safety program. Ensure Foodstuffs promotional and pricing programmes are adopted and brand consistent offer to the market at all times. Ensure high standard of store’s overall appearance. Monitoring department staff to ensure service and productivity levels are maintained. Controlling store security. Communicating back to owner operator and Duty Managers with any issues. Ensuring end of day procedures are completed as per individual department requirements Dealing with customer and staff complaints, issues and enquiries as required.
