Pastoral Care Advocate

To provide effective and reliable pastoral care to workers across the Canterbury area (north of Ashburton to Waipara). Pastoral Care. Assist workers with arrival and departure logistics, manage accommodation standards, support staff inductions and training, help with bank accounts and medical facilities and accompany staff to medical appointments as needed. Relationship Management. Maintain strong working relationships both with internal staff but accommodation and healthcare providers, banks, police, emergency services, churches and community groups and training organisations as required. The role is predominantly in the field. Full use of a company vehicle and petrol is provided.
