Duty Manager

A busy Mexican restaurant in Hamilton is currently seeking passionate and experienced workers to join their team on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible evening shifts available Tuesday-Sunday from 4pm-10.30pm. As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that the customers receive top-notch service and have an unforgettable dining experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and providing direction to their dedicated team of hospitality professionals. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a people-focused environment, ideally in hospitality or retail • Mature and customer-focused individual • Ability to give direction when needed • Availability to work flexible evening shifts from 4pm-10.30pm Tuesday-Sunday • Must have Bar Manager Licence and Hospitality experience or LCQ • Willingness to obtain Managers Certificate (training provided for the right applicant) • Able to pass a pre-employment police check and random drug test
