Community Support Workers
About this job
Are you looking to join a team that provides support to people within their own homes, through a mix of short and long term contracts. Someone who brings experience or knowledge and understanding and enjoyment of working with families, people recovering from accident or have long term conditions. You may have experience in working with people with disabilities which would be valued You will be involved in personal supports, household management, shopping, meal preparation, social and other activities as planned You will be someone who has mature thinking, a common-sense approach, good initiative, a good engager, relator, has a great sense of humour and importantly a positive communicator. This is community-based work, rotating rosters involving and including am, pm, sleep over and weekend work. Your preferred hours of work can be discussed during the recruitment process.

Job Requirements
Full class 1 Drivers Licence and own vehicle required. Must be able to pass an MOJ check.
