A leading Te Anau hotel is seeking Food and Beverage Attendants.
Duties will include: - efficient and friendly provision of table, room service and other operational duties - Ensure guest's requirements are met within a reasonable time frame - Acknowledge assist and farewell guests in a friendly, willing and courteous manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by continuously maintaining hygiene & service standards in accordance with hotel policy - Handle all guest enquiries in an efficient, friendly, polite and professional manner - Maximize sale opportunities through suggestive selling and up-selling business offerings - Have knowledge of all products and packages offered by the hotel - Ensure all transactions are posted as they occur - Other reasonable delegated tasks.

Job Requirements
- Min. 1 year experience in a similar role - Well presented with excellent customer service and communication skills - Positive attitude with a commitment to team excellence - Being aware of local locations, services and tourist attractions - Trustworthy, punctual and physically fit. - Excellent attention to detail - Be reliable, friendly, and professional. - Clean police record. - Applicants must agree to Drug and alcohol tests that can be random and /or reasonable cause and/or post-accident or incident for non-prescribed drugs, stimulants and alcohol. - Assistance with accommodation (staff quarters ) may be available
